How We Build Your Dock
Watch our modular aluminum sections connect with precision-machined beam joiners. Each dock is engineered for decades of maintenance-free performance.

6061-T6 Marine Aluminum
The same alloy used in yacht hulls. Corrosion-resistant, incredibly strong, and never needs painting or staining.
Modular Design
Standard 8′×6′ sections connect with beam joiners. Add, remove, or reconfigure your dock layout as your needs change.
HDPE Floats
High-density polyethylene floats provide stable buoyancy. UV-resistant, impact-proof, and rated for 25+ years of service.
The Engineering Behind the 50-Year Warranty
Every component is commercial marina-grade. The same construction used in public waterfront facilities—built to last generations.
Modular Assembly System
Tongue-and-groove connections. No welding on site. No special tools. Two people can assemble a 200 sq ft dock in under four hours.

Precision Connection System
Each section locks to its neighbor with 4-foot aluminum joining bars—50×70mm extruded aluminum with 4mm wall thickness.
Ø14mm bolt holes accept marine-grade stainless hardware. The double-nut locking system eliminates vibration loosening, even in heavy chop.
Bolt through both rails simultaneously. The joining bar bridges the gap and becomes a structural member, not just a connector.
